Responsible for all aspects of Loss Prevention including, Internal Audit, ORC Investigations, Shrink Reduction, Internal and External Theft, Dishonest Employee Investigations, Scheduling Of Inventory, Inventory Reconciliation, New Store Build Outs, all security equipment installs, CCTV, Access Control and alarm systems.

Upheld strict security and safety procedures to protect business from financial losses due to theft or careless mismanagement. Instituted new programs and training to reduce shrink, reduced shrink in year 1 by 2.00%, and maintained to goal of .90.

Responsible for 325 stores for all aspects of Loss Prevention within a 1000 store chain. Conducted audits of all locations in a 1 year period each year and conducted all dishonest employee investigations utilizing XBR software. Created new initiatives to improve shrink including a shrink reduction program for all locations that included a training video. Top regional 8 out of 9 years with lowest shrink. Instituted a store internal audit program.

Responsible for all aspects of LP and Sales Audit and Inventory Control. Instituted an LP Store Audit Program utilizing and adding XBR, during first year conducted 85 dishonest employee cases with a 100% confession rate yielding 16K in civil recovery. Opened 20 stores total in Atlanta and Chicago markets creating an LP department for 4 regions.
