  • Coordinated with the federal government to provide technical and policy programs through grants and support for this 501 (c3) and 501 (c4) and created a pooled research initiative

Coordinated with the federal government to provide technical and policy programs through grants and support for this 501 (c3) and 501 (c4) and created a pooled research initiative.


Experienced in building and strengthening relationships with regulatory agencies to provide resources to support “best practices,” creating regulations that work and letting the agencies know what the daily situation is like. Messaging the need for positive changes to the Administration, Congress, state and local elected officials and other key decision makers. Filed comments, often with partner organizations, to the Federal Register on metropolitan relevant issues such as air quality, planning study areas and performance-based planning and programming. Presented at the request of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure Subcommittee on Highways and Transit regarding metropolitan transportation needs.
