Accomplishments

  • F150 2018MY - Launch of Functional Trim Components at Dearborn Truck Plant (DTP) may 2017 – mar 2018.
  • F150 2021MY - Design and Release of Exterior Trim Components

dic 2017 – mar 2019

Design and release of exterior trim components for the brand new F150 2021.
Over 20 brand new components were designed and new-tooled for this truck.
I oversaw the development, design, attachment scheme, met price, weight, and complexity targets, DVP, DFMEA, SCCAF, BOM, First DWG release, Ok-to-Tool, and the first stages of the Prototype Build.

  • Ford Bronco 2021MY - Design, and Launch of Exterior trim components at Michigan Assembly Plant

oct 2018 – may 2021

Design and launch of exterior trim components for the all brand new Ford Bronco 2021.
Over 18 brand new components were designed and new-tooled for the reborn and iconic Ford Bronco.
I oversaw the development, design, attachment scheme, met price, weight, and complexity targets, DVP, DFMEA, SCCAF, BOM, First DWG release, Ok-to-Tool, testing, and validation of the requirements that these parts needed to meet in order to assure the durability, high quality, and performance for the most fun and off-road truck built by Ford in massive production.
I worked with the Plant and the Vehicle Operations Teams to make sure all of these components can be installed with no issues and within cycle time by the operators.
