Serves as the Army's ambassador within the community. Responsible for the recruiting of eligible applicants, determining enlistment eligibility, counseling applicants on the enlistment programs and options, preparing enlistment applications, and processes qualified applicants to enlist in the Army and Army Reserve.

Served as the senior sergeant for planning and integration of artillery operations during training and combat conditions. Responsible for analysis and targeting assessment in the Tactical Operations Center (TOC). Developed and instructed a pre-course for all artillery observers leading to a 86 percent first time pass on exams. Created a standardized certification process for all artillery observers on Fort Campbell, KY resulting in an 95 percent pass rate for annual training requirement. Managed his units government purchase card (GPC) where he was responsible for monthly purchases of $15,000. Supervised the performance of organizational maintenance on section vehicle equipment valued at over $300,000.00.

Served as a Task Force Fire Support Observer Coach/Trainer at the National Training Center (NTC). Responsible for formal observation and analysis of Rotational Training Units (RTU) who were preparing for worldwide deployment operations. Taught and coached fire support doctrine and shares best practices while providing feedback on team performance through formal and informal After Action Reviews (AARs). Applied knowledge of data modeling and statistical analysis to note trends and draw conclusions. Maximized team knowledge and productivity by training, monitoring and directing soldiers and civilian employees in application of best practices and regulatory protocols for target analysis.

Served as a reconnaissance company artillery observer during combat operations by assisting in planning, coordinating and execution of all fire support assets. Integrated digital equipment in the employment of artillery fire missions, thus allowing for seamless digital operations. Implemented long-term growth initiatives by developing tactics, techniques and procedures as the Tactical Operations Center (TOC) leader during a combat deployment resulting in freedom of movement in area of operations for friendly forces. Responsible for the training, mentoring, health and safety of five soldiers and equipment valued in excess of $3,500,000.
