• Preparing rosters with Excel and making sure everyone is paired up with who they want to be with
• communicating with coaches and parents via email answering any questions or concerns they may have about the season
• Ordering jerseys for all of the different teams
• Sending out weekly itinerary emails that contain information on upcoming games
• Managing website updates and emails through WIX
• Provided advice and guidance on any issues to staff members.
