• Computed dimensions, shapes and specific sizes for dies based on design outlines.
• Conceptualized and designed new products using computer software and 3D imaging to assess validity.
• Trimmed blocks and blanks to outlined dimensions with rules, hand saws and power shears.
• Maintained pyrometer, replacing parts when necessary and setting controls to proper settings for heat treatment of products made of specific materials.
