• Created internal innovation team called the Idea Sprint Lab aimed at solving complex business problems for a Fortune 100 Pharmaceutical company
• Used a hybrid innovation approach combining Design Thinking, Complex Problem Solving, Agile Methodology, and Google Sprint Method to successfully scope, plan, and lead 40+ project sprints with varied client teams of 4-6 colleagues
• Coached 100+ colleagues in Idea Sprint Lab methodology in order to encourage adoption of the team’s techniques and problem solving approaches into the broader organization
• Designed and carried out 200+ user research and feedback sessions related to various business challenges with users including patients, doctors, members of the general public, and internal colleagues
• Synthesized raw research output into tangible themes, needs, and opportunity areas used to design solutions
• Created prototypes in the formats of concept sketches, storyboards, animated videos, wireframes, podcasts, and project roadmaps in response to uncovered user needs in order to generate business impact
• Refined prototypes based on user feedback and lead project sprint teams through a viability and feasibility analysis in order to generate recommendations for implementation of concepts generated
• Shared results of project sprints to senior leadership in order to generate understanding of sprint process and gain buy-in and approval for concept implementation

Global Service Design

• Worked within Global Service Design team at Fortune 500 who’s goal was the design and implementation of patient and HCP
• Liaised with agency partners in design decisions and guided overall service development
• Sought user feedback on ongoing and planned services
• Piloted new technologies including Virtual Reality disease state awareness experiences and chatbots for customer service interactions

• Supported a Callidus Incentive Compensation Management implementation for Comcast
• Headed QA efforts on payment processing for thousands of employees throughout the life of the system
• Led a team in intercepting, triaging, and dispatching system issues
• Responsible for weekly compliance dashboard to leadership that directly led to increased adherence to
  deadlines
• Conducted daily client-facing meeting discussing system issues and impacts
• Authored requirements for key enhancements to the system
