As a newly Licensed Vocational Nurse, I am eager to embark on my nursing career with a strong foundation in clinical skills, patient-centered care, and a passion for making a positive impact in healthcare. The hands-on training I gained in a clinical setting, including medical-surgical, pediatric, and mental health, has helped me form a solid understanding of nursing principles and best practices. My coursework and clinical rotations have prepared me to provide compassionate patient care, administer medication, perform vital assessments, communicate with patients, and collaborate effectively with other nurses to provide patients with the care they need. I am known for my problem-solving skills, ability to adapt to changing situations, and making critical decisions that improve patient outcomes.
