• Nov 2019 - Sep 2020: assigned in the metro Phoenix, AZ area with a large national hotel client providing full lifecycle program and project management for multiple Agile software implementations for their Revenue Management, Opening Services, and Franchise Services teams.
• Jan - Sep 2019: assigned in the metro Detroit, MI area as a member of program leadership team for a national bank during the final months of the retail phase of a five-year, multi-million dollar Agile-based asset financial system replacement implementation.
• Responsibilities included managing, reporting, and supporting communication / escalations of key program controls (status, metrics, issues, risks, scheduling and critical path), and deploy and post-deploy tracking and monitoring requiring a high level of program/project management skills and experience to be highly effective during final execution stages of the overall effort.
• Oct 2017 to Dec 2018: assigned in the metro Detroit, MI area as a member of the ITC project leadership team responsible for the successful turnaround of a large multi-million-dollar Transmission Management System (TMS) replacement project.
• The ITC TMS manages bulk electrical energy transmission operations and SCADA (@ 700 RTUs) across their full 15,800 circuit miles of service territory.
• Effort involved replacement of ITC's former ABB Ranger platform with the new OSI monarchTM solution through a combination of crashing and fast-tracking the remaining project schedule and negotiating support of the software vendor for accelerating earlier delivery of remaining system deliverables.
• Main accomplishments included: Supporting the Operations Program Director and IT Program Manager (TMS/EMS/SCADA Project Management Implementation SME) with advanced program management skills and services for specific project workstreams and responsibilities for the overall program effort as identified below.
• Supporting the Quality Assurance Work Lead by providing direct Site Acceptance and User Acceptance Testing coordination support of testers; test result and defect reporting, escalation and resolution; supervision of testers to support timely test procedure execution for all facets of the new monarchTM TMS system; test result information gathering, report data, and approvals/signoffs to support auditing requirements.
• Leading the creation, update, and delivery of several key program documents with key input of ITC, OSI vendor and contract SMEs supporting the project effort including: Testing/Quality Assurance - creating test schedules and driving test execution completion of multiple phases of project testing (Pre-FAT, FAT, SAT, Alarms/AORs, site failover tests, high activity multi-user performance tests, Point-To-Point Controls Checkouts, and pre-Go Live Cutover dress rehearsals); co-leading development and coordination of multiple detailed RTU and pre-Go Live Cutover dress rehearsal test execution plans and the Point-To-Point checkout test procedure.
• Authored creation of the Display, SCADA Database, and Power Network Applications Model Maintenance Data Flow Diagram.

• Responsible for leading the successful upgrade of physical and electronic security for 22 separate data center, wind farms, power plants, and peakers site locations across the DTE Energy service territory in Michigan to fulfill regulatory compliance with the latest Low Impact NERC CIP v5/6 standards.
• Provided PM leadership for overall systems integration effort and multi-vendor implementation team.
• Accomplishments included: Successful on time and under budget delivery of all Low Impact Physical and Electronic Security, Awareness, and Incident Response Plans in support of the April 2017 audit deadline.
• Serving as the program General Contractor (GC) leading and driving the successful delivery of Low Impact Program Electronic (network firewall, switch, router, server, meter, a/v, fiber bandwidth upgrades, etc.) & Physical Security (doors/door lock h/w, fencing, card readers, cyber locks, etc.) upgrades with support of a 3rd Party Implementation Project Manager (for leading solution implementations at specific sites), DTE Construction Management resources (for safety management and escorting 3rd party implementation contractor resources support), and 3rd Party A/E firm resources (for managing design RFIs, performing initial quality reviews, verifying substantial site completion).
• Managed successful completion of program bids, contract development and management, and long lead equipment procurement efforts.

• Part of a senior consultant team assigned in Phoenix, AZ to develop and review a proposal for a large multivendor Energy Management System (EMS) replacement implementation with Arizona Public Service, one of the main energy utility companies in Arizona.
• Completed development of the overall systems integration estimates and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with the multi-vendor implementation team, as well as the RAID and recommended PMO templates and tools portion of the proposal.

Successfully delivered several project assignments and deliverables for Blue Cross Blue Shield AZ (BCBS AZ) including Cyber Security enhancement initiative, ITSM migration from HEAT to ServiceNow (SaaS), initiation of a major multi-year SQL data center migration impacting over 400 applications and data warehouses (hosted and SaaS).

• Successfully managed and deployed a variety of COTS, custom, Cloud, and hosted solutions ranging from $100K - $7M (7-42 members - some involving offshore resources) on time and on budget through full PMLC and SDLC life cycles using a variety of delivery methods including waterfall, iterative, and Agile.
• Projects spanned a variety of systems and stakeholders: Corporate Communications, Marketing, Demand-Side Mgmt/Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy, HR, Procurement, Accounting, Engineering & Design, Transmission & Distribution, IT, and Corporate Compliance (NERC CIP Critical Infrastructure Protection).
