- Ensuring quality handling of all packages within the station, in accordance with company policies and procedures

- Responsible for assisting the Quality Assurance function in daily operations

- Repack damaged packages and complete damaged package reports
- Process damaged hazardous materials packages and file all related reports
- Process over label packages and over goods and customer returns; perform general problem solving
- Process parcel returns packages.
- Investigate damaged packages for missing content and file package damage report
- Segregate packages for movement within the hub or to other carriers
