My name is Aaditya Sil, and I am a rising senior at WW-P High School North. As the Assistant Senior Patrol Leader of Boy Scout Troop 66 and the Director of Operations at Pawns Pathways, a 501(c)(3) certified nonprofit organization, I bring a strong background in leadership, operational management, and community service. In my roles, I have successfully led troop activities and organizational operations, focusing on strategic planning and community engagement. My volunteer efforts with both the Boy Scouts of America and Pawns Pathways have allowed me to make significant contributions to various community projects. I am proficient in Spanish and skilled in communication, relationship building, JavaScript coding, and customer service. Additionally, I have been a pet sitter since 2021 and actively participate in varsity tennis and various school clubs, further demonstrating my commitment to teamwork and community involvement.
Pawns Pathways is a 501(c)(3) certified nonprofit organization that teaches chess to children of all ages in underrepresented communities all over New Jersey. Here I am the Director of Operations, and I coordinate with various libraries and organizations to host programs.
I am the Assistant Senior Patrol Leader of Troop 66, based in West Windsor, New Jersey. Throughout my years in this organization, I have volunteered in many Eagle Scout projects, conservation projects, and service projects like forest and chapel cleanups.
