Growing up in a family business provided me with a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and a solid foundation in the culinary profession from a young age. Throughout this journey, I had the privilege to observe and develop expertise in various culinary techniques, including cutting and cooking methods, as well as traditional Turkish cuisine, pastry, cold cuisine, and service rules. In addition, I honed my skills in areas such as purchasing, stock control, waste evaluation, composting, and customer relations.
