At Junipero Serra High School, I was the Vice President of the Sports and Debate Club for 2 years. While I gained knowledge for sports throughout my time in this club, I also learned new speaking argument, debate, and speaking tactics. I have always had a strong sense of knowledge when it comes to sports. In this club I enjoy arguing and proving my hunches, such as which sports teams to root for, and which players I believe deserve or don't deserve credit, and what will be the outcome of major tournaments. I also help the President advertise dates of planned debate topics.
