COMMUNICATION

I set high goals for me to achieve and so far, I have been very successful at achieving them. I am a Father of 4 boys, and I used to help our community around my hometown of Hamlin, WV by participating in kid’s sports as a coach in football, basketball, and baseball which I have played myself all through school. Which I do not live in Hamlin anymore I have relocated to Point Pleasant, Mason County area in 2018. I like to watch sports, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and hanging out with my family and friends.

LEADERSHIP

I have very good leadership skills and knowledge at my current position as an Electromechanical Technical Support Technician II, and it requires a lot assigned individual tasks to be complete by deadlines. I have received good reviews from my Supervisors and Production Supervisors. I believe I can add a great value to a team with my leadership, skills, and knowledge. I have had to train other Electromechanical Technicians and Production Technicians. The training required me to teach other employees the job task that is required for us to do to complete the assigned tasks. I work very well with others, and I am an excellent team worker. I can complete assigned projects without the assists of others. I communicate on daily basis with supervisors and technicians on equipment status verbally, emails and Microsoft Teams. I support production needs with my knowledge and skills to make sure the equipment is operating so we can produce our products that are needed.
