Detail-oriented aquarist with extensive experience at the School of Fish that comes with being a manager specializing in environmental monitoring and enhancing aquatic ecosystems. What a day at School of Fish looked like for me while being the manager; I would usually arrive 15 minutes early to get morning prep out the way and make sure the store was ready for customers. I would feed the animals, clean floors, wipe down tanks, and top them off with fresh water if needed. Periodically, throughout the day, I would go back and check said animals, which would usually consist of water tests, visual inspection of fish to ensure no diseases had been contracted, and helping customers with any questions they may have along the way. At ti,mes, the store owner would even have me leave the store to drop off order requests to the post office or to their place of residence and sometimes even have to head to the airport to pick up shipments for the store! Achievements include significant improvements in aquatic health through precise data analysis and innovative problem-solving strategies. Proficient in aquarium system maintenance, ensuring ideal conditions for diverse species, while cultivating strong customer relationships.
While at Tom Thumb, I would stock and restock shelves and assist the cashier in bagging groceries, sweep and clean the bathrooms, and retrieve carts from outside.
I even have handyman experience having knowledge in areas from building fences to gutting and refurbishing homes.
