- Built out and managed 500+ virtual desktops in VMWare for use on campus as well as remote solutions for students
- Daily management included resolving any connectivity/login issues, installing any programs required by the various students and instructors, and educating students and instructors about the use of virtual desktop environments
- Deployment of VDI clients on campus significantly reduced the per-device cost required to outfit the various labs on campus, as well as creating much more energy efficient labs as far as sheer power consumption
- VDI Clients and Windows Virtual desktops provided an alternative to the resource and time inefficient process of manually installing programs or running updates on individual computers
