  • My team an I spent 3 years building a mechanical division For stetne Electric. Transforming from an electrical contractor to a full MEP contractor.
  • Implemented Trimbles AutoBid Platform for estimating and preparing a professional proposal on prospective projects.
  • Building a fabrication shop to not only reduce cost by eliminating outsourced fabrication but also increasing quality control and fabrication standards required by our customers.
  • Integrating our newly formed BIM/VDC department proved to increase our installation productivity as well as reduce the wait time between fabrication requests to onsite delivery.
  • We are now working on integrating out BIM design data and shop fabricating equipment to eliminate manual data transferring in turn reducing cost of fabrication and decreasing delivery times.
  • Key processes implemented to deliver successful projects: monthly Cost to Complete analysis, weekly Productivity reporting by all foreman, weekly mechanical project meetings involving Safety Professional, Foreman, General Foremen, Superintendents, Project Engineers and Project Manager.

Personal Information

I'm a husband, a father of 3 and a grandfather of 3. My son is a United States Marine stationed in Oceanside California. My 2 daughters are 16 and 13 and are students in the Mead School District. I enjoy spending time at Deer Lake boating and building a 40' x 24' cabin on a 20 acre parcel that overlooks the lake.
