- Oversee the shift and provide support where needed. Such as counter pressure or blumer assistance, packer/sorter help and questions, also work with palletizers to make sure the products were being placed on the right skids with the correct quantity and no mixes between different job numbers.
- Moved work where and when needed with electric power jacks.
- Track and manage hour by hour boards to chart daily progress.
- Use forklift to lower boxes from racks to lower bens for accessability for packers.
