As the craft Specialist my duties were to assist our sales reps place new items into their accounts. Help with resets as well as sell in resets. Did special events promoting new products. (Example Casa Pacifica)Booths were set up to promote products that are part of our portfolio. Give them information about the product and where to purchase.

As a Relief rep duties were to maintain their routes by giving instructions from the route owners. Help with corporate resets. Anything they might need help with.

Merchandiser stock shelves, built displays, maintain the back rooms to help the salesman w with communication with the store

Small format sales representative -

Build relationships with my customers to build there business. Informed of all new products that were available. Selling in the best programs that fit there business, building their trust Maintaining the correct amount of backstock so that the customer had no sitting money.

Large format sales representative-

In charge of 5 merchandisers at a time to cover my sales route. Duties included training, merchandisers preparing them for daily tasks, showing them how to maintain their back rooms and communicating to me and to the store on the daily basis. As well as to maintain my sales objectives and increase my business.

Had multiple sales routes. Covering The Los Angeles market. ( UCLA, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, West Los Angeles, West Hollywood Pasadena) that's the route owner our duties for gain space.
