The Senior Exclusive Vacation Specialist is responsible for providing personalized, high-quality vacation planning, and timeshare booking services to the exclusive clientele.
The New Owner Orientation Specialist is responsible for welcoming and educating new property owners about the benefits, policies, and services associated with their investment.

Both roles require exceptional customer service, in-depth knowledge of all available travel destinations, preferences, and point allotments.

Both roles involve engaging the client with all needed information, addressing any and all questions, and ensuring a smooth transition into ownership. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and in multiple different ways to ensure complete understanding on the part of the owner.

The Career Services Internship provided me with hands-on experience in supporting students with their career development. I worked closely with the career services team to assist students in achieving their professional goals through career counseling, resume writing, and daily one-on-one interactions. This role offered me an opportunity to develop counseling and advisory skills while making a meaningful impact on students' career journeys.

I greeted every customer upon arrival, answered questions, and provided recommendations on the services available.

Documented critical details of each vehicle to ensure comprehensive descriptions.

Provided auto detailing services when requested by the customer.
