Licensed veterinary technician that is passionate about the animal's welfare. Skilled in assisting with surgical procedures, patient monitoring, and diagnostic procedures. Known for my adaptability and reliability in the work setting. Eager to collaborate with team members, educate clients and staff, and learn the best way to provide gold standard care to our patients.
I have performed as a lead technician for many of the Tioga County Health Department's Rabies clinics. These clinics provide low/no cost rabies vaccines to ensure that they are more accessible to every pet in the county.
I also routinely go to Owego Free Academy for career fairs to educate high school students about the world of veterinary medicine. We often discuss in depth about what my day-to-day looks like and the logistics of becoming a LVT or Veterinarian
