I have the privilege of leading and empowering a dynamic team of product managers and designers. My role involves driving the strategic vision for our diverse product portfolio, which includes a SAAS offering, an internally developed CPQ system, an enterprise customer portal, and various other initiatives.

As the driving force behind our enterprise customer portal's development, I collaborated closely with engineering and account management teams. Within three months, the portal spurred a remarkable 53% growth in our existing customer base. My approach involved:

• Conducting thorough market research, competitive analysis, and gathering customer feedback.
• Crafting an agile roadmap focused on customer needs.
• Partnering with sales and marketing to optimize onboarding with value-driven messaging.

As the primary product designer, I spearheaded the UI/UX strategy throughout the development cycle of our web and mobile applications. My responsibilities included:

• Developing product flows and prototypes
• Managing design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Collaborating with product and engineering to refine requirements and align with user needs

I fostered the advancement of the Creative Team, overseeing product development, project workflow, and team member development. My accomplishments included:

• Spearheading the creative strategy and contributing to the design of various interactive content, landing pages, emails, ads, and more for diverse clients.
• Pioneering an innovative product offering by integrating interactive content with CRM data, facilitating personalized content experiences.
