Working in the front of house to ensure customers are met with a friendly face who is willing to assist them. Helping customers find the type of cake they need for the occasion and working with them to fit the cake to their needs. Communicating information about our flavors and cake sizes, as well as answering any questions or concerns. Maintaining the cleanliness of the bakery.

Working and communicating in the back of house to efficiently frost cakes for bakery. Multi-tasking to ensure work space is clean and tidy while balancing all of the responsibilities during a shift, such as making frosting, clean dishes, etc.
