Fast Food Employee
At Dunkin’, I worked mainly evening shifts, which meant I handled both customer service and closing responsibilities. I took customer orders at the counter and drive-thru, made sure orders were accurate, and helped guests quickly and professionally. I used the register throughout my shift, processed payments, and kept things running smoothly even during busy periods.
I prepared food and drinks, including coffees, espresso drinks, and an assortment of food items, while following safety and quality standards. Since I worked evenings, I also took care of many closing tasks, such as cleaning and sanitizing equipment, restocking for the next day, wiping down surfaces, taking out trash, and making sure the store was organized before closing.
Working evening shifts at Dunkin’ helped me build strong customer service skills, improve my multitasking, and stay efficient and focused during fast-paced hours.
