• Responsible for tasks in inventory management (Consumables, chemicals, samples, etc.) and accurate inventory control, processing requests leading to inventory movement on and off-site and fulfilling the customer's metric reporting.

•Supervises slow-moving and dead inventory, conducting cycle counting, yearly physical inventories, and reporting.

• Works purchasing functions including but not limited to back-order reporting, order entry and expediting, direct factory shipments, 3rd party support, handling quotes, document control, records maintenance, and resolving open invoices or pricing issues.

• Performs shipping coordination activities such as shipping customer material, handling routine issues, operating basic warehouse equipment, entering shipping information into the customer computer system, and equipment inspections.

• Captures, trends, and analyzes data generated to provide sample metrics updates and improve inventory accuracy.

• Documents and investigates quality events associated with manufacturing operations to ensure effective root-cause analysis, corrective action plans determination, product impact, and remediation.

• Set up and facilitate domestic and international import/export shipments.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs broker and HTS classification group all matters related to import/export.
• Export control officer(ECO) for Syntegon Pharma in Minneapolis.
• Prepare proper import/export documentations, ensure customs compliance and maintain proper record keeping
• Receive POs, ship SOs, and conduct inventory related tasks in SAP.
• Parts laser etching.

• Ship domestic and international orders and complete the transaction in Oracle.
• File the EEI for international shipments
• Perform inbound shipments tasks, and complete daily receiving entries in the ERP system
• Perform warehouse activities and manage inventory.
• Conduct quality inspection for incoming materials.

• Develop, implement, and monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions to assure that they are accurate and timely.
• Coordinate the cycle count progress and provide regular reports on the results.
• Identify root causes of discrepancies and supply possible solutions.
• Work with personnel to effectively implement process improvements to operations in an effort to optimize overall location and item level accuracy.
• Monitor warehouse transfers for accuracy and cost effectiveness.

• Oversees the safe receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of containers
• Manage the planned maintenance of machinery and lifting equipment.
• Produce regular operational reports.
• Plan the arrangement of containers within the terminal.
• Receive, examine and classify import/export documentation
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all Import and Export online filing.
• Ensure the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment.
