Responsible for electrical design and/or PLC programming for Material Handling Equipment (MHE).

Design the electrical controls for customer’s MHE as assigned by the Lead Project Engineer or Engineering Manager.

Used AutoCad software draws the design of the controls for use by others.

Developed Bill of Material using Electrol BOM spreadsheet.

Developed PLC code using vendor specific software.

Developed HMI graphic displays using vendor specific software. Supports and works with the Lead Project Engineer.

If required, travels to jobsite to support checkout and startup functions of MHE. Support the business goals at all times.

Lay out, built, tested, troubleshot, repaired, and modified developmental and production electronic components, parts, equipment's, and systems.
Maintained material handling control systems, including PLC (S7 300, S7 1500)/PC, PID controllers and industrial networks such as Ethernet, ControlNet, Device Net, Profibus, motor control systems, servo drives, frequency drives, and electrical distribution systems. Troubleshot machinery (Hydraulic and pneumatic systems).
