Servicing exclusively private labeled portfolio and silent partner syndicated deals, responsible for the billing, communication with syndicated partners and other stakeholders when warranted. It could be related to delinquency, payoffs, amortization, restructuring, year end statement.
Servicing syndicated accounts requires absolute attention to details, branded and silent partners must be administered with a keen attention to details. Currently and previously worked with SHI, Oracle - Domestic /International (Japan and China), Infor, Capgemini, Econocom - Domestic/International (France and Canada) and Volvo.
I aid in managing customer inquiry email account and incoming calls, I am charged with responding to all types of inquiries and request relating to wanting a copy of the signed agreement on file, new financing, wanting to transfer assets, needing a letter of guarantee, wanting a release to be processed on a UCC, needing update titles after agreements have either matured or been paid off, revised pay offs etc.
Working in concert to minimizing operational risks and losses and ensuring we are in compliance with all bank policies and procedures.
In my role I have full independence and autonomy in relation to the servicing of the Syndicated Portfolio, I currently deal with Oracle and SHI which I have total autonomy over. This also includes the China and Japan accounts branded under Oracle. I am to ensure that the manual billing is correctly and timely presented for payment, that any portal billed items are submitted correctly with the update PO's. I am charged with getting the new PO if it was not provided. As it relates to invoicing/billing, there are scenarios that require that we bill 120 days in advance , 90 or 60, to avoid the remittance from being delayed.
