• Conducted interviews independently using Webex and rated the candidates performance, supporting the respected line manager in selecting the right fit for the role.
• Prepared the appropriate salary/package for successful candidates and made job offers, supporting the business in acquiring skilled workers, specialists, leaders and future executives to meet the organizations needs.
• Provided HR policy guidance for internal staff and processed special requests including company loan requests, special leaves and exceptional recruitment.
• Contributed to multiple investigations in several departments and recommended the appropriate disciplinary action in line with the company's policy.
• Supported the business in drafting Organization Chart and updating it based on business requests and available budget.

Did a five-week long internship with Qatar Airways HRBP Cargo department and was exposed to the team's daily operational tasks which includes:
