- Working for Sound Transit Security under the Sound Transit account for Inter-Con Security taught me a lot about integrity. Most of the time, the situations are mainly either hands-on or a medical situation, whether it is small or not. We would have to work closely with King County sheriff's officers and the Seattle Fire Department, including AMR, as well. Being honest with them was a critical part of the job, as they could either arrest the wrong person or not help them with a medical situation correctly.
- Most of my employees would ignore certain situations, for they try to avoid having to write reports, but I would usually handle the situations as best as possible. I was issued a baton and handcuffs during training, but I have never needed to use them, as de-escalation was the best tactic for me.

- Working as a transit security officer for the King County Metro account taught me a lot about resilience and integrity. The transients who ride the buses are usually homeless, so I tend to try to help them as much as possible. However, for the ones who refuse to exit the buses, I usually try to de-escalate the situation, but if it came to it, we would have procedures in place to go hands-on.
- While working as a transit security officer for the King County Metro account, I have had to do a lot of report writing for situations where someone always needed either medical attention, or the situations would turn into a use of force. My reports, at first, were not professional, but with some time, I have learned to take my time writing reports so I could get every detail needed for it to be used in court.
- Working as a Sound Transit security officer for the King County Metro account taught me a lot about being responsible for each person, as each was responsible for the radios and keeping the company vehicle clean. Also, I was in charge of being responsible for the company vehicle being returned safely, which meant doing vehicle inspections before and after shifts, and driving the speed limit.
