  • Provided Azure Tech Support by assisting customers with their technical issues related to Microsoft Azure services. As an Azure Tech Support, I diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems, ensuring seamless and productive experience with Azure cloud services such as Virtual Machines, Subscriptions, Resource Groups, Azure Blob Storage for (unstructured data, like images, videos, and documents) & Azure Files that can be access by Win, Linux and MAC Operating systems.
  • Provides Client System Technician & Cybersecurity duties for Eglin NIPR/SIPR Domain systems as well as provide System Administrator. Performed System Admin & Information System Security Officer (ISSO) duties for AF JWICS & Gold network enclaves in support for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) programs by maintaining the operational security posture of an information system. Also including plays a key role in incident response, vulnerability management, and security awareness training.
  • Administrative communication support and coordination for various Video Teleconference (VTC) Systems, to include equipment set-up and user training. Also responsible for Installing, configuring, updating, and deploying 84 VoIP phones.
  • IT customer support (helpdesk) functions include monitoring, maintaining, and resolving daily help desk requests. Troubleshooting and repairing hardware and network connectivity issues. Desktop client administration duties for Microsoft Windows 10 workstations.
