- Product Roadmap: Design and deliver a roadmap of more than 60 payment network mandates to ensure compliance with Visa and Mastercard’s operating rules by identifying the changes in transaction routings, and working with Engineering managers and developers to deliver them for over 50 clients, mitigating potential fines of over 2 million USD and better cardholder experience.
- Incident Management: Collaborate with TechOps, engineering, and relationship managers to analyze and provide RCA(Root Cause Analysis) to minimize impact to Galileo’s 70 million daily transactions.
- 0-1 Product Launch: Launched products end to end (requirement analysis to Go-to Market) for card processing networks in collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, business development and finance team. Products such as Visa Token Lifecycle Management, Mastercard Merchant Advice Code, Account Name Inquiry, Tap to Provision, catering the needs of above 100 million cardholders in various capacities, ensuring Galileo as a state of the art issuer processor in US and LAC.
- Authorization: Developed a strategy around the industry leading best practices to improve an overall approval rate by 8% making us the best in class when it comes to real time authorization thereby adding values and revenue.

- Open Banking APIs: Responsible for gathering requirements from the business team creating user stories for the engineering team for several Wells Fargo Open Banking APIs including, Transaction Details API, Personal Loans, Merchant Receipts API serving more than 100 million Wells Fargo customers.
- API Testing and Documentation: Created Swagger files and tested several APIs to understand the changes including field and error mapping for internal teams, as well as collaborated with the documentation team to publish the changes to Wells Fargo’s public facing API impacting more than 100 B2B clients, and more than 100 million cardholders.

- Payment Gateway Migration: Led from the merchant side of Payments team at Herbalife, to migrate acquirers for Herbalife in 16 EMEA Countries from WorldPay to First Data. Gathering requirements from First Data and integrating with the APIs on the sandbox environment, and creating user stories for the engineers and tracking the progress. Resulting in savings of more than 1 million USD a year. Developed the roadmap to launch each countries successfully.
- Payment Page Redesign: Led a project in a complete redesign for the ecommerce payments page introducing a front end PCI compliant payment applications, supporting A/B testing, and resulting the redesign for 10 LAC countries, increasing a 60% engagement as a result.
