  • Working as Technical lead for the Ericsson applications for the Verizon client. Ericsson applications are of TIRKS/SWITCH/FACS-SOAC/WFA-C-DI-DO-NSDB. I’ve been mainly taking care of the FACS-SOAC/WFA applications. Taking care of the NTAS(National Address Telephone system) application as well which is responsible for holding the VZ address for wireline and also the maintaining all the TN numbers.
  • Take care of all the fallout service orders and fix them.
  • Resolve the RMAs of the orders and fix the orders by verifying the circuit details and cable pairs/OE’s tagged to the order by verifying in different interface systems like NSOP/IVAAP/NTAS/STORC.
  • Update the TNP(Telephone Number Pooling) by updating the NPANXX details in the SOAC tables.
  • Integrated REXX with JCL and SDSF to automate performance reporting and error detection in mainframe production environments.
  • Support the DR activities by triggering the service orders.
  • Taken care of the switch migration activities from the old switch to the new switch for the wire centers of the regions.
  • Monitor the daily jobs and resolving the job abends. Monitor the purge jobs and quarterly jobs.
  • Hands-on experience in PSB, DBD, PCB creation and maintenance, ensuring smooth application-database interaction.
  • In the WFA applications, clearing the daily fall-out orders by fixing them either by updating the CACs and circuit details.

  • Gave the demos to the clients on the new features which are implemented in the system.
  • SFTP/SCP the address update/modify/delete files to the downstreams.
  • Take care all the switch migrations. Also the administrator and bounce the application and servers whenever required.

  • We deal with the Account manager which is like rating, quoting and Underwriting. We have process like Block target which rates the groups where quoting will be done by the writers.
  • We deal with job abends and resolve in time.
  • Taking care of Renewals team, which application mainly includes the groups will be selected for the rating purpose and need to take care if the group is rated correctly or not. Single point of contact for the Renewals team and SME for the module.
