During the summer, I would help coach my soccer club, Celtics. This job allowed me to share my passion with younger kids, and guide them in the sport.

• Created a positive environment that fostered teamwork among players.
• Ran drills and practices to help children to develop and improve sports skills.

I have worked at Five Seasons for the past two summers, and I have,

• Engaged in conversations with individual children about their interests, concerns, goals.
• Informed parents about campers' behavior, athletic achievements and other important information.
• Met with staff to discuss rules, regulations and work-related problems.
• Provided guidance and support to campers in a safe, encouraging environment.

I grew up playing soccer, and I loved the sport so much that I wanted to help younger kids find the love for it like I did.

• Adjusted coaching techniques to meet children's needs and address strengths and weaknesses.
• Communicated with parents regarding their child's development.
• Led drills to improve the children's technique and tactical awareness.
• I came up with a variety of fun soccer-related games and drills.
• Adapted to the level that I was teaching, ages ranged from 2 years old to 12 years old.
