My Name is Abby Butler, and I am a small business owner working toward a career change in crisis counseling. I have experience with the world of special needs through my youngest two children. My youngest passed away at the age of 2 after battling severe health complications. My daughter is 11 years old with multiple congenital anomalies, developmental delays, and intellectual disability. I have experienced the world of hospital admissions, in home nursing assistance, and struggles to help my child adapt and thrive in her world. I believe these years of experience have taught me to always be willing to learn something new, have compassion for those who are feeling overwhelmed, and work as part of a team with others for the good of a common goal. I am very committed to helping people navigate through difficult, complicated and emotional life circumstances.
