As an Operational Specialist, I managed responsibilities across two properties, Crestview Commons and Highline Apartments. I provided versatile support to the property manager, assistant manager, and leasing agent, stepping in wherever needed. My role involved submitted PO's and processing them into invoices, conducting property walks, organizing resident events , and preparing financial move-out statements. I also walked make readys, handled leasing duties in the absence of the leasing agent, and managed social media accounts. Additionally, I conducted market surveys and communicated with vendors to obtain bids.
