In this security leadership role, I oversaw daily park safety operations by monitoring activities, supervising entry and exit points, and ensuring both guest and employee safety. I developed and implemented emergency response procedures, trained new staff on security protocols, and coordinated with local authorities during incidents. I managed access-control systems, monitored for suspicious activity, investigated security concerns, and responded appropriately to incidents or guest inquiries. I worked closely with management to strengthen security policies, ensured proper handling of privacy-related complaints, completed on-call duties, and documented all required information through detailed incident reports

In my serving role, I provided attentive and friendly service to guests in a fast-paced dining environment while maintaining clean, organized dining areas and service stations. I accurately processed orders using point-of-sale systems, prepared beverage orders to meet quality standards, and recommended menu items aligned with guest preferences and dietary needs. I handled customer inquiries and resolved issues efficiently, communicated clearly with kitchen staff regarding allergies and special requests, and consistently followed company procedures when managing cash transactions. I also performed opening and closing duties, including setting up the dining area and restocking supplies, and assisted in training new servers. Throughout my role, I demonstrated enthusiasm and strong knowledge of the restaurant’s menu and offerings.

As a substitute teacher, I implemented lesson plans provided by full-time teachers across a variety of subjects while facilitating classroom activities that supported a positive and productive learning environment. I worked with students of diverse needs, encouraging inclusive participation and cooperative learning among all learners. I consistently applied conflict-resolution strategies to manage disputes and maintain a respectful atmosphere. I also communicated regularly with parents to provide updates on camper progress and address any concerns. By building strong relationships with campers, I helped ease their anxieties and supported their adjustment to a new environment.
