I was a server for the Senior living community. I worked in their three different restaurants, doing anything from helping the chefs prep, serving tables, hosting, bussing, POS, To-Go orders and serving parties and larger events.

There I learned or strengthened tools like:

• Maximizing table turnover rate by efficiently managing reservations and seating arrangements.
• Assisted in training new hires.
• Helped customers with complaints or concerns.
• Helped residents with dietary restrictions, allergies and intolerances obtain safe, delicious food by working closely with kitchen staff on alternatives.
• Learned how to work larger events and strengthened teamwork values.

At Wow Wow Lemonade I prepped and made food, smoothies, cleaned, opened and closed shop, as well as trained team members and was left to manage the store when mangers and shift leads where absent.

Here I:

• Learned to memorize menu knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Learned how to work company pop up events.
• craft company merchandise.
• run cash register and prepare orders.
• Serve in restaurant and supply online/To-Go Orders.
• And Learned how to build strong workplace friendships while continuing to work efficiently.
