Project Facilitator/ Coordinator

Register participants and assign numbers. Arrange participants numerically and sit them according to their assigned numbers. Move participants to blood glucose table, then to scale where their measurements were taken, then to see a physician for any complaints. Then to Optician if needed, do the chat test and given reading glasses if needed, then to the pharmacy to get their medications and vitamins, then to the survey table to give their feed back, and then to the palliative table to get food and then check out. All participants were given cold drinks, water and snacks while they waited on their numbers to be called.
