- Was part of a planning and implementation of major storage migration project within the data center to resolve the outage issues faced by the customers hosted on legacy storage arrays before the project timeline.
- As part of the project was involved in the initial configuration, upgrade the firmware, connectivity, and administration of Dell MD series storage arrays (FC & iSCSI), HP MSA 2040 saving onsite tech support costs.
- Installed and configured VMware VROPS within SAP community cloud infra after testing in POC. This helped with better alerts for the issues within the infra, predictions on the capacities (RAM, CPU, Storage) so that management could be intimated well in advance of the requirements and procure the required hardware.
- Migration of client servers from the in-house data center to CtrlS datacenter using VEEAM backup and replication tool during the weekend making sure the services are restored to normal for the business day.
- Configure VMware SRM for and replicate the data to DR site within very limited time to perform DR drill as to meet the customer deadline to perform DR Drill.
