This role operated within the office of the Deputy Director-General, Corporate Services (DDG-CS).

• Negotiated, drafted and reviewed: Hosting, Lease, Country, Service Level, Corporate agreements and documents with government ministries & departments.
• Assisted Strategic Sourcing Officer, Supply Chain Services with efficient contract management. Revised agreement templates to include clauses on Dispute resolution, Confidentiality and other clauses that support best practices.
• Oversaw contracts for 3 different units within Corporate Services directorate.
• Enhanced records traceability by devising strategies for managing compliance with country agreements, hosting agreements life cycle and other compliance-related documentation.
• Acted as interface between office of DDG-CS and sub units on specific projects and managed all correspondences for DDG-CS.
• Assisted Institute's Board Secretary with documenting proceedings at HR Committee session of Board of Trustees meetings.

• Led a project that created a cassava-based, Vitamin A fortified "cheap breakfast" alternative for low-income families in Nigeria and analyzed data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Organized a 7-day training on "Engaging Youth in Agribusiness: Mechanization" for 20 selected youths between ages 19 and 35. Delivered modules on "Legal Aspects of Agribusiness" and "Risk Management in Agribusiness".
• Supported Head, Youth in Agribusiness within Advocacy team and contributed to events aimed at improving youth involvement in agriculture

• Scheduled and carried out maintenance of the Institute's IP database and supported with Intellectual Assets (IA) compliance reporting to the CGIAR System Organization for 2015
• Assisted the Legal and Compliance Manager with drafting, reviewing
  and negotiating IP documents with donor organizations
• Assisted Documentation Officer with day-to-day operations, including records oversight and agreements with partners
