I tend to choose the path less taken. I have a non-traditional varied background.

I am a wife and mom. I have been a foster mom, adoptive mom (of special needs kids) and a biological mom. I am also a Memaw. I am at ease with people of all ages and varied backgrounds. I have years of experience dealing with emergencies and crisis's. I am able to remain calm and think on my feet in the midst of chaos. I am an active listener. I am able see and hear people beyond their current challenges and frustrations. I am able to provide options and resources to assist with every day difficulties to emotionally charged panic and/or conflict resolution. I especially love to teach, in word and in deed, that self-discipline and grace can be superpowers!
