
I started with SiteOne Landscape Supply in 2011 worked my way up the company, receiving 4 promotions in that time. As a result, I became the youngest Business Development Manager in the New Jersey/Pennsylvania area. I was lucky enough to learn both the Operational and Sales side of being a wholesale distributor for landscape contactor's. I started off working inside a distributor store, learning inventory management, shipping/receiving, how to read a P & L, working with buyers, forecasting etc. for the first 7 years with the company. Then starting in 2019 I took Sales Support role which allowed me to transition to cold calling, personal relationship building, account planning, and working a CRM. Once I was promoted to the Business development manager I took the skills I learned on both sides of the business to manage a 4.2 million dollar book of business as of 2021, with that number growing to 6 million in 2022. Being a part of a successful team is what I enjoy the most, as I not only enjoy my own personal success but also helping my teammates achieve success of their own as well.
Work with over 40 distributor locations across the Mid Atlantic, selling irrigation and lighting products. Provide training classes for their employees and contractors. This role has allowed me to transition into bigger territories and work in areas where I did not have the relationships to grow my market.
