
I have over 35 years of industry experience in service, troubleshooting, and installation of residential and commercial HVAC-R, cooking and process steam equipment. I have 5 years of field technician supervisory experience. I also have 5 years of customer service problem resolution experience.
In 2022 I was promoted to the Service Manager position. My role here is general service oversight, field assistance, multi-trip job monitoring, technician reviews, technician field instruction, problem job resolution, customer complaint resolution, and general workflow assistance.
I was promoted to the Field Service Supervisor position in 2018. This added field oversight of technicians and multi-trip job resolution to my regular service duties.
