I earned 3rd place in the state competition for male color guard and took on a leadership role by training and mentoring three of my teammates throughout the season. I organized practice sessions, provided individual feedback, and helped improve their technical skills and confidence. This experience not only strengthened my own performance but also contributed to our team’s overall success, showcasing my ability to lead, communicate effectively, and support others in a high-pressure, performance-based environment.
