At Silver Lakes Association, I consistently used my lifeguard certification, training, and workman's qualities to ensure patron safety and satisfaction. More specifically, I developed my skills in first-aid and problem-solving, along with learning customer service, communication, and janitorial skills. I helped to maintain an organized facility while ensuring quality and helping coworkers where I could. Working with the association was like a pit crew, everyone has skills and jobs. My proactive approach to my positions significantly improved the swimming experience, demonstrating my strong communication and people skills. Along with that, learning and bettering myself to develop my mental and physical strength.
