I have played two years of varsity football and made captain in my senior year. I have done two seasons of outdoor track and field and one season of indoor track and field. I am currently doing one season of varsity lacrosse.
President of the Young Vincentians (SVDP)
The Young Vincentians is a catholic organization that does service projects and helps the poor and needy. The club is named after Saint Vincent Depaul and works with the saint Vincent Depaul society on service projects.
Order of the Arrow member
The order of the Arrow is the boy scouts honor society which requires the scout to be nominated and then voted in by his fellow scouts. If the scout is selected then they must go through an "ordeal" which requires the scout to do a service project with miminal food for the whole day. Once the scout passes the ordeal he is an official member and can go to additional boy scout camps for the order of the arrow.

Eagle Scout
To be an eagle scout is an honor that not a lot of scouts can say they have, only four percent of all scouts reach this rank. To achieve this rank requires years of dedication to the program with camp outs, service projects and fundraisers. A scout must complete all the requirements before he turns eighteen years old. It also requires the scout to plan and execute his own service project called an "Eagle scout project". This project must be approved by his scoutmaster and a district representative and it is a very time consuming process. It requires planning, budgeting, obtaining permits, fundraising, and getting the man power to get the project done. My Eagle scout project was building ramps up to a bridge at a local park to make it wheel chair accessible.
