As a draft line tech I would go into bars, restaurants and casinos, talk with the bartenders and or a bar manager about their beer line systems, ask if they're beers were pouring off or need to be adjusted. If no adjustments were needed. I would then clean the entire beer line system with a highly specialized soap as well as a acid cleaner to rinse the lines clean. I would inspect the lines and couplers for leaks and/or seals that need to be replace, I would replace seals and fix leak in lines as needed.

I had a 10 day route in which I would drive to about 15-20 different businesses each day.
