FalconSAT Capstone Team Member

  • Worked on the deployment plan for releasing a 6U cube satellite from FalconSAT X (FSX) using a cannister satellite dispenser.
  • Planned natural motion circumnavigations using the HCW model.
  • Validated the safety and accuracy of deployment options through Monte Carlo simulations using Satellite Toolkit (STK)
  • Developed plans for using differentials in air drag to maneuver by changing attitude rather than using propulsion.
  • Developed plans for safely testing the payloads of the 6U cube satellite before maneuvering within 100 meters of FSX
