As a progressive professional with secondary education experience, I believe that I can bring valuable contributions to the team. As a Theatre, Film, and Drama Instructor with nine years of experience, I am confident that my background and skills align perfectly with the Theatre and Film Studies Teacher positions. Throughout my career, I have been acknowledged for creating and implementing a Performing Arts program that has benefited the development of students as performers, learners, and lifelong enthusiasts of the arts. I have further developed the Film Studies program in my career teaching DP1 and DP2 Film. In addition, I founded a mentorship-based Performing Arts Production Team at my previous school. The team was composed of students in Grades 9-12 who under my guidance mentored, trained, and helped develop one another in various performing, technical, and production roles. I have taught grades 6-12 in the areas of Drama, Theatre, and Film Studies.
