Started at Dairy Farmers of America in 2014 as a dry blender and worked my way up to a high responsibility job as Dryer Operator. Shortly after became an alternate team leader. As an alternate team leader I have learned all jobs on the production floor including the lab. Also I have became more knowledgeable with the process from start to finish, quality standards, safety, communication skills and delegation of jobs and tasks to individuals, training and coaching, and multi tasking.
